They were all partners in the same construction company at the same time. One of their celebrated accomplishments is the MacMillan Bloedel Conservatory, still a beautiful building today.
Our family legacy continues. Troy Van Vliet, our Principal, has built dream homes in Shaughnessy, Kitsilano and South Granville, working in tandem with architects, designers and technical consultants, and we were named Best Custom Builder of the Year for 2013.

Our designers draw the home and our interior designers select every finish, in tandem with your architect and technical consultants.
Character homes come with City regulations. We took a 1927 Shaughnessy home from 3,500 to 7,500 square feet while keeping 60% of the original structure, windows and rooflines.
A project manager with over 40 years in residential construction leads the trades and suppliers, and a project coordinator keeps you up to date.

We wanted to keep our 1920s house, not lose it. They kept the front, the windows and the roofline, gave us a home that works for five of us, and handled every step with the City. We never had to chase anyone.
