Our history is rooted in both residential and commercial construction. Troy's father and his nine brothers were partners in one construction company, and among their celebrated accomplishments is the MacMillan Bloedel Conservatory, still a beautiful building today.

Retail, offices and mixed-use buildings that combine retail, offices and residential. We are proud of our workmanship and our efficient scheduling and site management, and attentive to the safety and well-being of everyone on site.
Do you offer design-build for commercial owners?
Yes. The same team that designs and builds our homes can take a commercial project from the first plan to occupancy, or build from your architect's drawings.
Who leads a commercial project?
A project manager and a construction superintendent lead every project, with Troy involved from the first meeting. David Vandenberg, our construction superintendent, has 23 years of experience managing construction sites.

How are commercial projects priced?
After we understand the scope, we prepare a detailed estimate. Changes during construction are priced in writing before the work is done.
Do you build outside Vancouver?
Yes. We build across Greater Vancouver, and in Kelowna.
