Our interior designers work beside our designers and builders from the start. They choose the finishes, millwork, stone, tile and fixtures with you, and because they sit with the people who price and build the house, what you choose fits the budget and the schedule.
When does interior design start?
At the beginning, alongside the house design. Choosing finishes early lets us plan the electrical, the plumbing and the millwork around them, and it keeps the budget honest. Late finish decisions are where most changes, and most delays, come from.
How are finishes priced?
Each finish has an allowance in your budget, agreed before construction. If you choose something above or below it, you see the difference in writing before it is ordered. Interior finishing is usually the largest share of a custom home budget, so we plan it with care.
Who are the designers?
Angelica Brieva and Maggie Xin Yi are our interior designers. They work with our designers, Lorenzo Morese and Ximena Jimenez Gomez, on every home.
Can I bring my own pieces, art and fixtures?
Of course. Tell us early what you are bringing, from a family piano to a light fixture you love, and we design the rooms around it.

Do you design interiors for renovations too?
Yes. Our interior designers work on restorations and renovations as well as new homes.
How do finish decisions affect the schedule?
Finishes with long lead times, such as imported stone or custom millwork, are ordered early so they arrive when the house is ready for them. Changing them late is the most common cause of delay.
Can you design one room, or only whole homes?
We design interiors as part of the homes we build and restore. Ask us about your project.
